Returns and Exchanges

All purchases made at the Site shipped to international addresses ARE FINAL. No exchanges or returns are permitted.

The following policies pertain to purchases made at the Site shipped within the U.S. only:
Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned to Wildchild Nation within 15 days of ship date with proof of purchase from the Site. After 15 days, no exchanges or returns are permitted.

Online refunds will defer to account history and price paid on the specific order in question. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment for price paid or merchandise exchange.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
Wildchild Nation does not offer any price adjustments. For example, if you purchase something, and then at any time later, the price is reduced, you are not entitled to a credit for the amount reduced.

RETURNING OR EXCHANGING ITEMS BY MAIL
To return any Wildchild Nation Online purchase by mail:

1. Email us at with the order information to indicate to us your intent to return all or part of your purchase.
2. Include a copy of the receipt in the package.
3. On the receipt, circle the item(s) that you are returning or exchanging and note the reason why.
4. Indicate if you want us to credit the card used to place the order or if youÕd like an exchange. If you'd like an exchange, let us know what you want. You must pay the costs for shipping the exchange order and any difference in price if more than the original transaction price before the exchange will ship to you.
5. If exchanging, indicate the name and address where we should send the item(s).
6. Pack and seal your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include the information requested here. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

We will only refund shipping charges if we've sent the wrong item, or if the item sent is defective.

CREDIT CARD REFUNDS
On returns, we can only credit the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
