Shipping, Handling and Processing
UNITED STATES CUSTOMERS
All in-stock orders typically arrive within 4 to 7 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays), following credit card authorization and verification. Domestic delivery is available for shipping to all 50 States, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, Rural Routes, APO, or FPO addresses. (FedEx does not ship to P.O. boxes. If you need to ship to a P.O. box, please select USPS as your shipping carrier at checkout.)

Delivery times vary depending on the country, potential customs delays, and speed of shipping service selected.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS DUTIES
International orders are subject to being charged customs fees by the destination county's government. We have no control over how much you are charged for customs and the fees are completely independent of Wildchild Nation. Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for any additional charges the destination country imposes on you.
SHIPPING RATES
Our order processing system dynamically calculates shipping rates for both U.S. Postal Service (USPS) and Federal Express (FedEx) based upon your postal code, selected speed of service, and weight of the garments purchased. Your shipping options will be displayed for you at the time of checkout.
DELIVERY TIME
It usually takes 1-2 days for order processing prior to shipping. Once your order ships, we'll send you an email with tracking information.
MULTIPLE SHIPPING ADDRESSES
You can only ship to one address each time you checkout. If you are shopping for people at different addresses, you will need to place each order separately. However our shopping cart system can store up to 5 addresses in your address book, so you can easily create shipping profiles to enable faster shipping for future orders.
ADDRESS VALIDATION
We do not validate shipping addresses. Please be sure when placing your order that the shipping address is correct. If you enter an address improperly, and due to that error the order is lost or does not reach you, Wildchild Nation is not responsible and is not obligated to replace the order.
LOST SHIPMENTS
ONCE WE SHIP THE PACKAGE TO YOU, WILDCHILD NATION TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOST PACKAGES OR MERCHANDISE DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING. PLEASE CONTACT THE COMPANY USED FOR SHIPPING IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS OR PROBLEMS WITH A SHIPMENT. CUSTOMERS CAN ALWAYS TRACK PACKAGES WITH TRACKING NUMBERS OR DELIVERY CONFIRMATION NUMBERS PROVIDED.
CHECKING ORDER STATUS
If you would like to check the status of your order, please e-mail with your order information (order number, date of order, your name, etc.). We'll get back to you with a status update as soon as possible (typically within 1-2 business days).
TRACKING PACKAGES
We will provide a tracking number or delivery confirmation number for all orders purchased. The number will be emailed to you at the time the order ships.
